During these challenging times, we have put systems in place to be able to help you complete your on going projects or help with new ideas.
Working remotely means we can still help bring your projects closer to completion. Our new on-line meetings give you the opportunity to chat with a member of our staff who can help select the perfect carpet or rug. We can walk you through the different styles, colours and all the logistics.
We have the capabilities to send out samples and facilitate quotes based on plans via our national distributor network.
We are now conducting consultations via Zoom for a video consultation or via telephone. Book your appointment below.

Simon’s extensive knowledge of the industry is perfect if you have technical questions. Specifics on yarn, warranties, installation…anything really! He’s a mover and shaker and gets things done.

If you’re in the interior design sector, you may have already met Marlo. She calls on interior designers and architects everyday. Marlo also takes care of our media and marketing. She has been with Prestige Carpets for 4 years, and in the carpet industry for 20… so she knows a thing or two.

Fiona knows our stock, inside and out. If it’s not currently in stock, Fiona will know when you can expect it. After more than 30 years in the industry, including more than 10 in the interior design space, Fiona has excellent all-round knowledge.

Tanya can help you with all things Sisal. From installation questions, to cleaning inquiries, Tanya can help. She has been on the Prestige Carpets front desk for more than 20 years, so there is a good chance you’ve already heard her friendly voice. If not, then now is the time!
